Thank you for supporting United American Patriots and defending America’s soldiers, sailors, and Marines.
Each year on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people all over the world come together and donate for #GivingTuesday. We are always awestruck by the sense of community created when millions of people collectively support charitable organizations on a single day.
While 2020 has been a challenging year in many respects, we’ve been blown away by the generosity and support from supporters like you. Thank you for choosing to make a positive impact on the lives of our Warriors and their families!
As a recent example from just last month, 1SG John Hatley was reunited with his friends and family and got married after having been unjustly incarcerated for more than a decade for crimes he did not commit. It was my privilege to be at Fort Leavenworth as 1SG Hatley finally stepped out as a free man. It was an awesome opportunity to witness firsthand the result of the love and support you have for our American Warriors. Getting to see 1LT Behenna, SGT Miller, and 1SG Hatley stand together as free men because of your support was amazing.
On behalf of the Warriors whose lives you helped restore, and on behalf of all the Heroes who will benefit from the changes you’ve helped put in motion – THANK YOU.
But there is still so much more to do, and our work is far from complete. There are still Warriors in prison and others awaiting trial.
We are entering a critical new phase of support for our Warriors. In order to meet our goals, we need to raise an additional $89,000 before December 31st.
In 2020, your support brought us even closer to our goals than ever before.
Not only was 1SG Hatley paroled, but you helped us to raise funds and awareness for the MARSOC 3 – GySgt Danny Draher, GySgt Josh Negron, and CPO Eric Gilmet – through direct donations, fundraising events, a coast-to-coast ride, and presidential petitions.
You helped us to raise awareness for Vietnam war hero Major James Capers Jr.’s push for his deserved Medal of Honor, and you helped us to gain national attention at his homecoming ceremony where he was honored with a parade, bronze wall sculpture, and South Carolina’s highest award – the “Order of the Palmetto”.
We also just launched our Online Store! Now you can proudly show your support for our Warriors everywhere you go. Between now and December 2nd, you are eligible for a discount of 25% off your first purchase when you use promo code GIVINGTUESDAY2020.
This is only the beginning, however. We must hit the ground running in the new year. And we must come out swinging — the moment the clock strikes midnight on December 31 — for our Warriors still facing wrongful convictions and false accusations. Please, help us meet our $89,900 goal.
I greatly appreciate whatever you are able to give and your willingness to stand with me in support of our Warriors facing injustice. With your gift today, we will continue to fight for them into the new year!
P.S. Help give our Warriors their lives back in 2021! Your gift must be received by midnight on December 31 to count toward your tax deduction this year and to help meet our urgent end-of-year goal in defense of our Warriors.
